- 4x Prime Rib Burger
- 4x Burger Buns
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- Small glass Ajvar
- 1x Smoked Bufala Shumnicate
- 2 EL Majonnaise
- Mustard
- 1 red onion
- 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Butter
- Spices: salt, pepper, brown sugar
Preparation:
- Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into fine strips. Then briefly warm the vinegar with 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 4 tablespoons water and add to the onions. Then put the onions in the marinade for at least 3 hours.
- Wash spinach and mix with half of the ajvar. After that, season with salt and pepper.
- Season the burger patties with salt and fry in a hot pan over medium heat on all sides for about 4-5 minutes. Melt with the cut scamorza just before the end.
- Meanwhile, butter and toast the buns. Brush the bottom of the buns with the remaining ajvar and some majonnaise, top with the spinach leaf and top with the burger patties and pickled onions.
