Why do we need a desired delivery date and what influences the available options?
When you place your order, your products will be freshly cut and prepared on the morning of the day of dispatch. Your order will be sent chilled by express and will therefore reach you on time and fresh on your selected delivery day.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to purchase our products locally in Switzerland.
Is there a minimum order value or free deliveries?
The minimum order value is CHF 59.90, and delivery costs are CHF 14.90. For orders over CHF 165.00, delivery within Switzerland is free of charge.

Behind Büffel Bill is the founder Manuel Ruess and his team. Our vision is to introduce consumers to a conscious enjoyment of meat. In our production, we follow the "nose-to-tail" principle by trying to use the entire buffalo. We don't like to talk about prime cuts, because in our opinion, every piece of meat is equally good if you know how to prepare it.
