Crunchy buffalo burger with potato rösti

Juicy Gourmet Minced Meat by Buffalo Bill-made with quality rib-eye steaks with crispy potato rösti and red cabbage. An extraordinary burger!

INGREDIENTS

For 4 PERSONS:

PREPARATION

Our buffalo mould minced meat into 180g patties. Alternatively, we also offer 180g patties shaped by hand in our shop.

Prepare the red cabbage and set aside. Peel the potatoes and rub them into long lines with a peeler or rasp. Wash these off thoroughly to remove the starch for the most part.

Drain the “potato noodles” and roast in butter until golden brown. Drunk the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer leaves and finally tot the Brussels sprouts in butter.

Cut open the buns, roast briefly and then set aside. Grill the burger patties medium or fry in the pan.

Top the bottom half of the buns with the Brussels sprouts and put some BBQ sauce on top. Now the burger patties and finally the red cabbage and the hash browns follow. Finish the buffalo burgers with the top half of the buns and arrange on a plate.
