The Burrata Salad with Raspberries-A Viral Hit! Delicious combination of creamy cheese & fresh fruit. Ideal for quick lunch or light dinners.
Ingredients (2 persons)
- 1Burrata
- Salat Arugula
- Truffle oil (Lussiero)
- 6g truffle slices
- Red tomatoes
- Yellow cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- 150g of fric Himbeeren
- 1 AL Agavensirup
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- Salt/Pepper
Step 1 Salad:
- Arugula on the plate
- Place burrata in the middle of a plate
- Put tomatoes in halved slices
- Spread the basil to taste and season with pepper and salt.
Step 2 Dressing:
- Put fresh raspberries with agave syrup and white wine vinegar in a blender with truffle oil and mix liquid.
- Then pour over the prepared salad.
