Buffalo meatballs Tuscany filled with buffalo mozzarella

Büffel Hackbällchen Toskana gefüllt mit Büffelmozzarella

Meatballs with a difference: In delicious toast sauce and filled with creamy buffalo mozzarella, you quickly conjure up a real feast on your plate.

Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 1kgBuffalo minced meat
  • 300gBuffalo mozzarella
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 TL Dijon Senf
  • 1 No.
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1000g passed tomatoes
  • 200ml cream
  • Mediterranean spice
  • Some olive oil
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Preparation(In the Dutch oven or a normal pot on the stove):

Knead a minced meat mixture from minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, garlic, Mediterranean spice, salt and pepper and let it infuse in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Shape minced meat into small balls and work small balls of buffalo mozzarella into the middle of the balls.

In the hot pot, fry the meatballs all around until the balls have turned a nice brown color. Remove balls briefly from the topd.

Add pass tomatoes and cream to the pot.

Season with a little more Mediterranean spice.

Add meatballs again and for approx. Let simmer for 30 minutes over light heat.

Finally, sprinkle with fresh basil.

Ribbon noodles or noodles go perfectly with this. Noodles.
