- 200 g Kimchi
- 100g ketchup
- 1/2 cucumber
- 100g Frischkäse
- 200gBuffalo mozzarella
- 100g wild herb salad
- Sprouts
To taste: salt, black pepper, wasabi paste, Sriracha majo, rice vinegar
Our recipe is ideal for thisBurger box!
1. Finely blend half of the kimchi and mix with the ketchup. Add salt if necessary
and pepper to taste.
2. Wash the cucumber, cut it into quarters and remove the core. Then cut into fine strips
and lightly salt and marinate for at least 10 minutes. Then place in a sieve and remove the
mix the drained cucumbers with the cream cheese and season with wasabi paste, salt, pepper and rice vinegar
taste. Just before serving, mix with the wild herb salad.
3. Season the burger patties with salt and in a hot pan over medium heat from all sides
Fry medium for about 4-5 minutes. Just before the end, top with the sliced mozzarella.
4. Toast the buns and brush the underside with the kimchi ketchup, on top the cucumber
Add the wild herb salad, add the pattie, finally some kimchi and Sriracha mayo and finish with the lid.
Side dish: sweet potato fries or pumpkin wedges
