- 4 Brioche Buns
- 4 Büffel Patties
- 200 g Kimchi
- 100g ketchup
- 1/2 cucumber
- 100g cream cheese
- 200g Mozzarella Buff
- 100g wild herb salad
- Sprouts
To taste: salt, black pepper, wasabi paste, Sriracha majo, rice vinegar

1. Finely blend half of the kimchi and mix with the ketchup. Season with salt, if desired.
and season with pepper.
2. Wash the cucumber, quarter it, and remove the core. Then cut it into thin strips.
and lightly salt and marinate for at least 10 minutes. Then place in a sieve and drain the
Mix drained cucumbers with the cream cheese and season with wasabi paste, salt, pepper and rice vinegar
Season to taste. Mix with the wild herb salad just before serving.
3. Season the burger patties with salt and fry them in a hot pan over medium heat on all sides.
Fry for about 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Top with sliced mozzarella just before the end.
4. Toast the buns and spread the bottom with kimchi ketchup, then add the cucumber
Add the wild herb salad, the patty, finally some kimchi and sriracha mayo and top with the lid.
Side dish: sweet potato fries or pumpkin wedges
