Recently we had the great pleasure to meet at the Meet & Grill of DON CARNE to talk to the exceptionally likeable Reiner Calmund about our delicacies and to give him a taste of our Buffalo Mozzarella DOP He liked our buffalo mozzarella so much that he called it "next level" and compared its creaminess to burrata.
We're especially pleased with this expert feedback! Reiner Calmund, who originally rose to prominence through his career in professional football, has also made a name for himself in the food scene and, for example, sits on the jury of the TV show "Grill den Henssler."
