Recently we had the great pleasure at the Meet & Grill fromDON CARNETo exchange ideas with the extraordinarily symatic Reiner Calmund about our delicacies and give him a taste of ourMozzarella di Bufala D.O.PTo hand over. Our buffalo mozzarella tasted so good to him that he referred to it as "the next level" and compared it to burrata in its creaminess.
